"Mind your Mind"

When did you pick up last, a paper and a pencil to write down your thoughts and "empty" your mind?

In August 2022, I felt the need to remind myself of the importance of key concepts and emotions such as those of "acceptance," "gratitude," "forgiveness," and "empathy."

To be honest, the process of putting my feelings into words proved to be much more complex than I had imagined.

I stared at the empty paper for quite some time before picking up the pencil to write.

After a while, and with many thoughts going through my mind, I realized that the empty paper was no longer blank!

Irregular lines, without a purpose, filled the paper effortlessly, allowing me to feel more relaxed than ever!

The feeling of emptying your mind through drawing is an extraordinary experience.

It allows you to escape from words and focus on expressing your feelings through lines and shapes. Spending time creating helps your mind to calm down and focus on specific thoughts and concepts.

With these feelings, the idea to create the "Mind your Mind" series of coloring cards was born. The cards consist of a collection of 22 themes, each with its own unique image and symbolism that evokes an inner dialogue.

The purpose of these coloring cards is to be used as a tool that encourages our creativity, while through the inner dialogue we initiate, we answer our questions, understand ourselves better, and feel relaxed and calm.

In the video below, you can watch Niki unboxing her own Mind your Mind cards coloring kit and see exactly what the kit contains.
